We don't have automatic online shopping activitated in this website. This allows us to offer a more personal service.
Please browse our website taking a note of the items that you would like to purchase.
Then contact us either by phone or email to make your purchase.
We will confirm all details with you as quickly as we can and you're done!

Ordering
We have all items displayed on the website in stock. In the rare case that we have made error we will correct the website as soon as possible.
If you have been unlucky and purchased an item that is out of stock you will be informed immediately and an alternative item or refund will be offered to you.
If there is something that is not displayed on the website but you would like to get a price for it, please simply get in touch and we will do our best to source it for you. A deposit of 50% is required on all special orders.

Delivery
We use Die Post or DHL Standard Service for all deliveries unless you request otherwise.
Postage costs €4.65 worldwide no matter how many items you order!
If you require your order urgently or would like it tracked/insured, we can arrange this for you at a minimal additional charge.

Returns
We make every effort to describe and display our products in great detail. However, if you feel your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back provided it is in the original packaging, un-used and fit for re-sale.
Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We would advise you that you send your return by registered post as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 7 days of your receipt of delivery. Please note that all relevant packing slips and other documents, such as instructions, should be included with the product.
Once this procedure has been followed and the product is in the condition as stated above you will receive your refund less the cost of any delivery costs we have incurred in getting the goods to you.

Faults
At BugsB we pride ourselves in our personal customer service. We aim to provide as good a service after you have made a purchase as before.
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we will offer a replacement or refund straight way. Click here for details on returns.
If your order arrives damaged, BugsB will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund.
If your order does not arrive, BugsB will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund after a full investigation with Die Post has been carried out.
Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
Please note all refunds and replacements are at our discretion.
