  • Please browse our website taking a note of the items that you would like to purchase.
  • Then contact us by email to make your purchase.
  • We will immediately confirm all details with you and you're done!

  • We have all items displayed on the website in stock. In the rare case that we have made error we will correct the website as soon as possible.

  • We use La Poste Standard Service or Die Post (depending on who offers the best price for shipping your particular order) for all deliveries.
  • We now offer FREE postage to EU on all items.
  • If you are purchasing more than one item (we hope you do!) we will do our best to offer you a discount price.
  • If you require your order urgently or would like it insured, we can arrange this for you at a minimal additional charge.

  • We make every effort to describe and display our products in great detail. However, if you feel your purchase is not suitable we will accept it back provided it is in the original packaging, un-used and fit for re-sale.
  • Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us. We would advise you that you send your return by registered post as the package is your responsibility until it reaches us.
  • All items you wish to return have to be received by us within 7 days of your receipt of delivery. Please note that all relevant packing slips and other documents, such as instructions, should be included with the product.
  • Once this procedure has been followed and the product is in the condition as stated above you will receive your refund less the cost of any delivery costs we have incurred in getting the goods to you.

  • Faults

  • At BugsB we pride ourselves in our personal customer service. We aim to provide as good a service after you have made a purchase as before.
  • If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase we will offer a replacement or refund straight way. Click here for details on returns.
  • If your order arrives damaged, BugsB will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund.
  • If your order does not arrive, BugsB will replace the goods to an equal value or, where appropriate, offer a full refund after a full investigation with An Post has been carried out.
  • Damaged or lost orders must be reported to us within 7 days of the delivery date.
  • Please note all refunds and replacements are at our discretion.
